According to the American Bar Association’s 2020 Legal Technology Survey Report, leading channels for marketing across all firm sizes last year were:
Event sponsorship (48 percent)
LinkedIn (42 percent)
Email (41 percent)
Facebook (33 percent)
Print (21 percent)
Eighty-one percent of all respondents say that their firms maintain a presence on at least one social media platform, which is the highest since 2016.
The American Bar Association says, “With video fast becoming the medium of choice for those searching for information on the internet, the lack of video content on over 70 percent of small firm websites and 90 percent of solos’ websites is a huge missed opportunity.”
